Once you have a SIM Funded Account, you can request a payout from your dashboard when the rules for your plan are met. You choose the amount, the full requested amount comes off your balance, and you receive 80% of it (or 100% with the 100% Profit Split addon). This article shows what to check and what to expect.
Step by step
Check the condition for your plan. BrightPlus: your balance is above the buffer (starting balance + Max Loss Limit + $100), and you have no approved payout yet on this trading day. For your first payout, 24 hours have passed since your first trade. After your first payout, you also need fresh profit: your balance must reach the balance right after your last approved payout + 1% of your starting balance. BrightCore: you have 5 winning days since your last approved payout (3 with the 3 Day Payout Cycle addon), and your balance is at or above starting balance + $100.
Check the Minimum Trade Duration. More than 50% of your winning profit since your last approved payout must come from trades held longer than 15 seconds. You can see it under Trading Objectives on your dashboard. It blocks the payout request until it is met.
Choose your amount. The minimum is $250. The payout cap is the main limit. Your maximum request is also limited by your account: on BrightPlus, your balance minus the buffer. On BrightCore, your balance minus (start + $100), and at most 50% of the current profit of your account (your balance minus your starting balance). The 50% limit applies to BrightCore only. The maximum you can request is the lowest of the limits of your plan.
Request the payout from your dashboard for the amount you chose. Payouts are paid in USDC (ERC-20), so the wallet on your profile must be able to receive USDC on ERC-20.
Know what happens next. The full requested amount comes off your account balance, and you receive 80% of it, or 100% with the 100% Profit Split addon, in USDC (ERC-20). Payouts are processed up to 24 business hours after you request them.

Minimum and cap
The $250 minimum and the payout cap apply to the requested amount, not to the amount you receive. The 2x Payout Cap addon doubles the cap on both plans. The payout cap is the main limit. On BrightCore, you can also request at most 50% of the current profit of your account (your balance minus your starting balance). BrightPlus does not have this 50% limit. The maximum you can request is the lowest of the limits of your plan.

Profit you do not request, because of the cap or, on BrightCore, the 50% limit, stays in your account and you can withdraw it in later payouts.
What happens to the amount
Example
You request $1,000.
Your balance goes down by the full $1,000.
👉 You receive $800 (80%), or $1,000 with the 100% Profit Split addon.
How much can I request?
The maximum is the lowest of the limits of your plan
BrightPlus: the payout cap (doubled with the 2x Payout Cap addon) and your balance minus the buffer. There is no 50% of profit limit.
BrightCore: the payout cap (doubled with the 2x Payout Cap addon), 50% of your current profit (your balance minus your starting balance) and your balance minus (start + $100).
Example: BrightPlus $50K
Your balance is $54,500. $54,500 − $52,100 = $2,400 available, but the cap is $2,000.
👉 You request up to $2,000 and receive $1,600 (80%).
With the 2x Payout Cap addon the cap is $4,000, so you could request the full $2,400 and receive $1,920 (or $2,400 with the 100% Profit Split addon too).
Example: BrightPlus $50K, requesting again
Your balance was $55,000 and you requested $2,000. Your balance is now $53,000.
The next trading day, with no new closed profit, you cannot request, even though your balance is $900 above the $52,100 buffer.
👉 Once your balance is at least $53,500 ($500 fresh profit), you can request up to $1,400 (balance minus the buffer).
With the 2x Payout Cap addon the cap is $4,000, so on the first request you could have requested the full $2,900 ($55,000 − $52,100) and received $2,320 (or $2,900 with the 100% Profit Split addon too).
Example: BrightCore $50K
You completed 5 winning days and your balance is $53,000. Balance minus (start + $100): $53,000 − $50,100 = $2,900. 50% of your current profit: ($53,000 − $50,000) × 50% = $1,500. The cap is $2,000.
👉 The lowest is the 50% of your current profit, so you request up to $1,500 and receive $1,200 (80%), or $1,500 with the 100% Profit Split addon.
With the 2x Payout Cap addon the cap is $4,000, but the maximum is still $1,500, because the 50% limit is lower.
Example: BrightCore $100K
You completed 5 winning days and your balance is $104,000. Balance minus (start + $100): $104,000 − $100,100 = $3,900. 50% of your current profit: ($104,000 − $100,000) × 50% = $2,000. The cap is $3,000.
👉 The lowest is the 50% of your current profit, so you request up to $2,000 and receive $1,600 (80%), or $2,000 with the 100% Profit Split addon.
With the 2x Payout Cap addon the cap is $6,000, but the maximum is still $2,000, because the 50% limit is lower.
After you request
Payouts are processed up to 24 business hours after you request them.
Payouts are paid in USDC (ERC-20).
Every approved payout starts a new cycle. The Minimum Trade Duration and, on BrightCore, the winning days only count what happened after your last approved payout.
BrightPlus: a maximum of one approved payout per trading day. A trading day runs from 6:00 PM ET to 5:00 PM ET the next day.
BrightPlus: to request again, make fresh profit of 1% of your starting balance first ($250 on 25K, $500 on 50K, $1,000 on 100K, $1,500 on 150K). Your balance must reach the balance right after this payout + that amount.
BrightCore: the winning day count goes back to zero and starts again from the next full trading day. Your first approved payout also locks your floor at start + $100.
Your account keeps trading. A payout does not end your SIM Funded Account.

On BrightPlus there is no 50% limit: you can request up to the payout cap and up to your balance minus the buffer. On both plans, the profit you do not request stays in your account.
What happens to the profit I do not request?
It stays in your account and can be withdrawn in later payouts.
Does a payout end my SIM Funded Account?
No. Your account keeps trading. The count for the next payout starts over.
