The minimum you can request is $250. The payout cap is the main limit per request. It depends on your account size and is doubled with the 2x Payout Cap addon. On BrightCore only, you can also request at most 50% of the current profit of your account (your balance minus your starting balance). BrightPlus has no 50% limit.

The cap and the $250 minimum apply to the requested amount, not to the amount you receive.
Profit you do not withdraw stays in the account. You can request it in later payouts.
The cap is the main limit. Your account also has to allow the request: balance above the buffer on BrightPlus (you can request up to balance minus the buffer, up to the cap), or at least start + $100 left on BrightCore.
BrightCore only: you can also request at most 50% of the current profit of your account (balance minus starting balance). The maximum on BrightCore is the lowest of the cap, 50% of current profit and balance minus (start + $100). To request a full cap on BrightCore, your current profit must be at least 2 x the cap.
BrightPlus has no 50% limit.

Scenario: BrightCore with more profit than the limits allow
You have a $50K BrightCore account with 5 winning days done and a balance of $53,000.
Current profit: $53,000 − $50,000 = $3,000. 50% of it is $1,500. The cap is $2,000. Available above start + $100: $2,900.
👉 You request up to $1,500, the lowest limit, and receive $1,200 (or $1,500 with the 100% Profit Split addon). The other $1,500 stays in the account for a later payout.
With the 2x Payout Cap addon the cap is $4,000, but 50% of your profit is still $1,500. The maximum stays $1,500.
Scenario: BrightCore with the cap as the lowest limit
You have a $100K BrightCore account with a balance of $104,000.
Current profit: $4,000. 50% of it is $2,000. The cap is $3,000.
👉 You request up to $2,000 and receive $1,600 at 80%. To request the full $3,000 cap, you need a profit of at least $6,000.
With the 2x Payout Cap addon the cap is $6,000, but 50% of your profit is still $2,000. The maximum stays $2,000. To request the full $6,000 cap, you would need a profit of at least $12,000.
Scenario: BrightPlus has no 50% limit
You have a $50K BrightPlus account with a balance of $55,000. The buffer is $52,100.
Available above the buffer: $55,000 − $52,100 = $2,900. The cap is $2,000.
👉 You request up to $2,000 and receive $1,600. The other $900 stays in the account for a later payout.
With the 2x Payout Cap addon the cap is $4,000, so you could request the full $2,900 and receive $2,320 (or $2,900 with the 100% Profit Split addon too).
Scenario: the minimum
You request $250, the minimum. The full $250 comes off your balance.
👉 You receive $200 at 80%, or $250 with the 100% Profit Split addon.

Frequently asked questions
Can I request more than the cap?
No. The cap is the most you can request in one payout, on both plans. The 2x Payout Cap addon doubles it.
Is there a limit besides the payout cap?
On BrightPlus, you can request up to your balance minus the buffer, up to the cap. On BrightCore, you can also request at most 50% of the current profit of your account (your balance minus your starting balance). The 50% limit applies only to BrightCore.
Can I request my whole profit?
On BrightCore, no. You can request at most 50% of your current profit, and never more than the cap. On BrightPlus there is no 50% limit: you can request up to your balance minus the buffer, up to the cap. On both plans, the rest stays in the account and you can request it in later payouts.
What happens to the profit I do not withdraw?
It stays in your account and can be requested in later payouts.
Is the cap on what I request or on what I receive?
On what you request. At 80%, a $2,000 request gives you $1,600.
Does the cap change on BrightCore?
No. The caps are the same on BrightPlus and BrightCore. The only difference is the 50% of current profit limit, which applies only to BrightCore.
