Is there a minimum number of trading days?

There is no minimum trading days rule, but the Consistency Rule sets the fastest possible pass.

No. There is no minimum trading days rule in the Evaluation. The only thing that makes a 1 day pass impossible is the Consistency Rule, which limits how much of your profit can come from your best day.

Fastest possible pass

BrightPlus

Best day at most 50% of total profit

2 trading days

BrightCore

Best day at most 40% of total profit

3 trading days

Why 2 days and 3 days?

  • BrightPlus: your best day can be at most half of your total, so one day can never be enough. With two equal days, each is exactly 50%, which is allowed.

  • BrightCore: your best day can be at most 40% of your total. Two days cannot do it, because the best of two days is at least 50%. With three equal days, each is about 33%.

Example on a $50K account

  • BrightPlus: $1,500 on day 1 and $1,500 on day 2 gives $3,000 in total. The best day is exactly 50%, which is allowed, so you can pass on day 2 if the other rules are met.

  • BrightCore: $1,000 on each of 3 days gives $3,000 in total. The best day is about 33%, which is under 40%, so you can pass on day 3 if the other rules are met.

These are the fastest possible passes. You can take as long as you like, because there is no time limit.

Other things that can delay a pass

  • ⚠️ The Minimum Trade Duration: more than 50% of your winning profit must come from trades held longer than 15 seconds.

  • ⚠️ The profit target: 6% of the account.
