Prices not updating: data feed issues

What to check when the prices freeze or look different, and what to send Support so the team can review it.

Your account uses real-time CME market data, and execution is simulated. If the prices stop updating or look wrong, check the following.

What to check

  1. You signed the non-professional user declaration in Tradovate. Without it, the market data does not activate.

  2. Your internet connection is stable, and the platform shows that it is connected to the data.

  3. Close the platform and open it again, or log out and log in again.

  4. Check the same instrument in another platform of your account (NinjaTrader, Tradovate or TradingView) to see if the prices are the same.

If the problem continues

Contact our Support team and send:

  • Your account number

  • The platform you use

  • The instrument

  • The time, with your time zone, when the prices stopped updating

  • A screenshot, if possible

The team will review it with the exact time and instrument.
